When I first heard about MitoGrow, I was skeptical as to how well it would work on the Desert style plants that we sell.
Fortunately, my skepticism didn’t stop me from trying it out, and I sure am glad, as that would have been a massive mistake; because by trying it, I discovered…
Succulents LOVE MitoGrow!
We water every agave, cactus and succulent in our nursery with MitoGrow quarterly (at least); and I recommend my customers do the same.
With MitoGrow I am able to offer a better product. My plants are healthier, grow faster and have less annoying issues like fungus. It’s hard to put into words, but our plants just plain look better.
If you love to grow agaves, cactus and succulents like me, and you’re not using MitoGrow, you are absolutely missing out. I can’t recommend MitoGrow strongly enough!!

GROWERS: If you aren’t using MitoGrow you are leaving easy $$ on the table!
After 30+ years in the landscape industry as a grower and landscape installer I’ve seen it all and tried it all… After incorporating MitoGrow in our business, I can say without question, any wholesale grower or retail garden center not using MitoGrow is leaving money on the table.
At our Shades of Texas Retail Nursery for example, we drench all new inventory as soon as it arrives with MitoGrow. As a result, the plants up beautifully from their delivery ride and start loading up buds within days. The plants are just healthier post drench and look it, as a result they sell much faster.
On the growing side, we hit all our plants early and often with MitoGrow and absolutely every time we bump. With MitoGrow we get our wholesale plants to market faster while greatly reducing loss in the process. And my favorite part is how consistent each plant is.
There’s no question using MitoGrow doesn’t cost, it’s an investment that pays, in the form of increased ROI.
If you are a grower or retail garden center owner and want to improve your ROI, I can’t recommend incorporating MitoGrow strongly enough! It’s an absolute No Brainer.

My name is Jeff Hamilton and I am a commercial landscaper in Southern California, horticulturist and nursery owner. I have over 45 years in landscaping and 10 years as a nursery owner and hybridizer. I was introduced to MitoGrow a few years ago and started doing field research in my small nursery with daylilies and iris. Due to my positive results, I started using it in several landscape jobs. Initially, I was only using it on problem areas. Anytime that I had plant material that was struggling, I would apply MitoGrow. I then started using it on healthy plants as well.
As a horticulturist, my primary responsibility is to ensure healthy plant growth. MitoGrow has become an essential tool in keeping landscapes healthy. MitoGrow encourages healthy root growth and increased nutrient uptake. With the increase in water and nutrient availability, plants become lusher, greener and healthier.
I also find that I have few insect and disease issues. Root fungal diseases are now rare, which I believe are due to the Mycorrhizal Fungi in MitoGrow. I have no empirical evidence of that, this is merely my own observations.
I will be forever thankful to MitoGrow for making my job easier.

There was a project on the Halifax River, downtown Daytona Beach where we previously installed 200+ mature Live Oaks… These trees specifically had taken a beating due to a hurricane in 2022 that flooded the entire property. There was also major wind damage that blew almost all the foliage off the trees. The “soil” was also a major issue as the pH is way too high.
All that being said, and after we learned of MitoGrow, we applied MitoGrow to all of the 200 trees in the Fall of 2023. I really felt these trees were done and had no chance of survival but we wanted to do anything we could to save them and not have to replace. I have to say the last time I visited, they looked unbelievably better. They have a long way to go but MitoGrow will most likely save their lives.
We have used MitoGrow on so many other trees we install now and see really no health issues at all in these. Trees are more quickly established, better health and no decline or mortality issues.

I have had MitoGrow in my toolbox for several years now and have found the product to be helpful particularly in times of stress. In the desert southwest, stress is a frequent issue for trees and shrubs, particularly if they are not native to arid regions. Stress can be induced by natural causes such as drought, intense summer heat (records broken daily in Nevada this summer), wind, and excessive soil/water salinity. Throw in stress-inducing factors like overly extensive pruning, pruning out of season, and deficit irrigation caused by inept landscapers, then you have a disaster in the making with predictable outcomes: decline in health and vigor, often leading to premature death.
I have found MitoGrow to be a great resource to pull plants out of stressful conditions. More importantly, it helps to prevent stress in healthy plants which is always preferable. I have also found that MitoGrow accelerates the responses to other treatments such as leaching excess salts, the addition of fertilizer based on soil tests, and common sense pruning schedules. It is not a cure-all but it is an additional tool that can promote discernable root growth which generally equates to better overall plant health.

I never endorse a plant or product without firsthand experience. After testing MitoGrow in my own yard, which boasts over 400 plants in the front yard alone, I am thoroughly impressed. Although I didn’t conduct a formal experiment, my 25+ years of landscaping experience in the DFW metroplex gives me a deep understanding of native plant growth. Within just three days, I noticed remarkable improvements. My desert willow, which had been struggling, transformed into a thriving part of my garden. Additionally, my red verbena growth accelerated, various ornamental grasses responded well, and even some of my herbs showed modest growth improvements within a week.
MitoGrow has proven to be a game-changer for me. I now consider it my secret weapon and will be incorporating it into all of my customer projects moving forward.

Thank you MitoGrow folks! Our Podocarpus have never been greener or in better health!
We have had chronic issues with the Podocarpus screens here in Dana Point, California, for years. We had tried several remedies which did not deliver to our expectations. We treated a row of these shrubs and left an untreated section as a test. As the pictures show we have had amazing results with the MitoGrow product.
Thank you MitoGrow for once and all getting to the ‘root’ of our challenge here and getting these plants up and running! Seeing is believing and I truly believe MitoGrow is the solution.

I tried this product on many of the trees here at the Occidental College campus with very satisfying results. Since it was a new product, at first I was a bit skeptical, wondering how long I would have to wait before seeing any difference. It was quite obvious once the product started to be absorbed by our tree roots, since all of a sudden I started to notice the overall look of the trees changing drastically for the better. Rather than a quick greening that fades, which I am used to with many traditional fertilizers only, what I began to see was an overall increase in health. When looked at more closely, you could see the existing foliage putting on deeper color, but also an explosion of new growth with the change of the seasons.
I would highly recommend MitoGrow be used as an additive to anyone’s common fertilization practices for long-term management of tree health.

As an Arborist with over 30 years of experience, I’ve witnessed the industry and its products change significantly. Unfortunately, sometimes products that aren’t exactly as described have come out on the market. This has made me very wary of recommending and using specific products without thorough research. Having researched MitoGrow and talked with their team, I’ve found MitoGrow to be one of the few products I can comfortably recommend to clients. As a mycorrhizal inoculant, Mitogrow has added the key ingredients for a successful PHC program for existing mature trees as well as newly installed trees and encourages successful colonization by giving the mycorrhizae the food they need to get started.

So far, I would say we have seen some great responses from the stressed/declining trees from our original treatments. They have shown new growth this spring and early summer, we have noticed very little to no dieback on those treated.
We have started integrating MitoGrow into a lot of our injections of new plant material from last winter and we are hopeful for that as well.
I will touch base with you towards the end of the summer/early fall when I’m hopeful we will see some good establishment of all the new plant material.

I am pleased to recommend MitoGrow, a top-tier rooting stimulant I’ve relied on since its launch in 2017. In Phoenix, Arizona, where summer temperatures frequently hit 110 degrees, and during the winter months, MitoGrow proves invaluable.
I use MitoGrow in my fertilization mixes, Drought stress, and winterization programs. It promotes robust root development, essential for establishing new trees and supporting plants under stress from extreme heat or cold. Its performance has consistently enhanced plant health and resilience.
I highly recommend MitoGrow to anyone in the industry for its exceptional effectiveness and reliability.

It is a rare occurrence in the landscape industry to have a product that acts as a broad spectrum plant health care product. Usually, it is a time consuming endeavor to create a plant deficiency cocktail to cover the bases necessary for plant vitality and conquer plant deficiencies.
Once you have a product that covers the bases of plant health care it is an easy transition to incorporate MitoGrow to take the place of other products in our fertility program.
We here at Laguna Woods have a nursery and plant propagation center that is beginning to benefit greatly from its use. With nearly 40,000 trees, we are also beginning to explore similar experienced value with our urban forest.

I have been in the plant and tree health care industry for 30 years. I consult and work with many of the top landscape companies all over Arizona. I also manage the PHC programs for Native Resources.
MitoGrow has become an essential part of our toolkit. It’s one of the few products we fully endorse and rely on. We use it in most situations to enhance tree health and establishment, and it consistently delivers excellent results. MitoGrow is a go-to solution for our team.
MitoGrow also has a significant benefit to decreasing mortality in tree and cactus salvation operation work done by Native Resources.

I normally do not see this type of root growth over the fall/winter months when we have planted tombstone roses during this time in years past. However, we had well above average temperatures over this time period. I believe we could then expect to have seen these results in a month’s time period versus the two months that this took during the normal growing season. This falls in line with my expectations that plants should root out in half the normal time period when using MitoGrow.

Following a large turf reduction on our golf course a significant number of trees were left with drastically reduced fertilization and irrigation inputs. We decided to place these valuable trees on a feeding program where MitoGrow was injected around the root zone. The trees have stood out in terms of appearance and health from the untreated trees. We are currently on the second year of our program and the results have proven to be very effective and worthwhile.

I just wanted to reach out to you about the MitoGrow product that we have recently applied to some declining pine trees. What a difference! The turn around in these pine trees was tremendous (within 120 days) and the customer has requested that we use it on several hundred more pine trees. We were able to greatly improve the pines health and get a sale at the same time. ‘Win-Win.’ Thank You! We will be in touch and look forward to implementing MitoGrow™ in all tree feedings at Bemus.

As a degreed horticulturist/arborist of almost 40 years, I’ve used many products over that time involving tree health care. Over the past six months, the MitoGrow product became available, and I’ve begun using it alongside my normal arsenal of Doggett and Davey Tree soil injection products. Although it can’t yet be said for certain since time is an ally in tree recovery evaluation for hardwoods such as live oaks which I predominately treat, MitoGrow appears to trigger a much faster response in increased canopy density and twig elongation.

Three years ago an orange tree had crinkled leaves and was stunted. I went to Vintage Nursery in Palm Desert to get some answers and I was told about the HLB virus and that there is a product that has been successful treating it as it is prevalent in Orange County and the desert. I tried your product upon recommendation and gave it no further thought. You have no idea how gratified and surprised last spring when the tree was covered with blossoms. Now there are young fruit growing strong. It was as close to a miracle as ever.

I have been growing trees and in the horticulture business for 30 years. I sell many of my trees to the top landscape companies in the country. I first trialed MitoGrow products while hydromulching my root balls before boxing my trees. The first 60 days I did not see much difference, after about 120 days I was shocked. The entire tree, top to bottom was so much fuller than the ones we did not use with MitoGrow. Then when we looked at the roots, that was what truly sold me on the product.
I use MitoGrow in every tree I box up and recommend planting with MitoGrow as well.

We recently used MitoGrow in combination with an 8-8-8 organic fertilizer to treat some struggling olive trees at Los Olivos Marketplace. While it has only been six months of fall and winter from the time we treated, we are definitely seeing the trees pushing new growth. I can’t wait to see how they look in three more months after the weather warms up.
