Thank you for shopping with mitogrow. Below you’ll find important information regarding our shipping policies, processing times, and delivery expectations.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.


Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
